"I rode a few of them, hated them all....., I get called "motorcycle bigot" about once a month by someone reading the blog or my MMM column. That is too serious a label. I don't hate these things, I just don't care about them."

Does he hate them or not?

I think that he despises them and cannot understand why people would ride them.

Hmmm. I don't know, John. I think I sensed some ambivalence there....

I think I understand why they let you retire.....

But, I shan't write a letter about that.

Did you look at this video; the Victory is like an upside down turtle, a real strain to get it right-side up again.

The rider's hand and foot protection seemed to be pretty minimal.

Wonder how the fingerless gloves worked out for him? That was a pretty big patch of slick ice to get across..

Yep, them penny loafers make great riding boots. Seriously, who goes riding on snow edged mountain roads in loafers?
I've always figured fingerless gloves led to fingerless hands ;)
