I want to add thumbnail pics (the kind that go full size when someone clicks on them) in my signature. I thought the site would make them smaller with a broken line border but it doesn't. If I make them smaller they stay that size and do not get large when clicked upon. :? Thanks for any help.

Host a larger picture elsewhere, then include a link to it in the code for your sig, like mine is set up.

Your code will look something like this:

Try that; if it doesn't work, I'll disect mine and see exactly how I did it.

it's actually easier than that . .

at least it is in Photobucket.

you know how you have (i think by default it is) 4 options of link codes for each picture you host on PB? well, there are others that are sorta hidden.

open up and log on to your PB . . under the very first picture of any album is a little line of clickable text that says Link Options.

click that.

it'll open a new window with all the 'other' options available.

you'll see an option for "Clickable Thumbnails". check the box, close that window and you should see that option available now for all your pictures.

and with that, there's no need to resize any of your pics. :D

oh and one more thing . .

the reason it's not working for your sig tag is that the forum software will only resize a picture once it get's to a certain width. (maybe height, not exactly sure).

so say you had taken each of your pictures and put them side by side in photoshop and created one single picture out of the two, the software would judge the width and automatically shrink it . . . just like it works for Berkel's sig tag . .
