On a related note, I just realized that Kawasaki has finally updated the Vulcan. They now offer the Vulcan S with the updated 650cc parallel twin from the Versys and Ninja 650. Not surprisingly, it's gone up quite a bit in price. Still looks like a great alternative to the monster cruisers on the market.

I like the 650S, but if it had some chrome I'd like it enough to own one. Frankly I'm sick of the me-too Bubba black out routine, it's almost as played out as the pants below the A$$ trend...two things that just refuse to die.
