I ordered a windshield from Jack on Tuesday afternoon. By Wednesday at lunchtime, it was in my hands! Seriously, less than 24 hours after placing the order. I'm only about four hours away, but that's still pretty doggone impressive.

He was so nice on the phone. Very helpful and inviting- said to call anytime about any questions regarding the Rebel in general. I love that kind of service.

Thanks, Jack! I'm loving the new windshield and look forward to doing business with you again.

I ordered my saddlebag rails form Jack. He said they would go out that day but not to look for them until Monday. I got them on Friday and had them on that afternoon. Jack was great on the phone.

its listed on the very first post of this topic.

Not everything that Jack sells is listed on the website. It's best to call him. He'll be on vacation a little while yet, there's another thread open that says jack's on vacation.

Allow me to jump on the "Praise Jack" bandwagon. I recently bought some Mac Exhaust and floor boards and I found Jack not only going above and beyond that sale but a very knowledgeable guy to chat with when it comes to the Rebels. When I need new parts for my bike he's always the first person I contact before I look at other places.

I had the pleasure of talking to Jack on the phone last week to order saddle bag brackets. He was very helpful, and threw in a bolt I needed for free as well. The brackets came today, and I put them on the bike with the Willie and Max compact slant bags. I look forward to doing business with Jack in the future.

I don't think we can ever say enough good things about Jack. I just talked to him yesterday (needed a few things) and we ended up having a great 15 minute conversation, again!! he is always a joy to talk with and is also very knowledgable and helpful. And , as an added bonus, he was talking about making a trip back up to his home country this summer. We will definitely be making arrangements to meet and ride a little if he comes...

Thanks Jack!

Another Kudo for Jack's.

I called today from work. Quick, easy I was very surprised when he offered to ship before he figured out how I was going to pay. This is the way things should be.

To be truthful I was a little annoyed at first when I read on the website about phone orders only. After speaking with him I wouldn't have it any other way. I have a feeling I will be talking to him again.

Dan

I didn't know that it ws a phone only thing with jack... i did email him yesterday and i said i don't have a phone so i couldn't call but i told him what i needed . i told him that i heard of him through this site and all anyone says is good things about him. i also asked if he took money orders because i don't have a credit card or checking account only a savings account. he told me he had the part i need, the price including shipping and who to make the money order out to and the address. i thought that was pretty cool...especially since finding parts for an 85 rebel 250 is pretty difficult around my area. i give jack two thumbs up.

I'll bump the thread up for him. I got a little overzealous tightening my handlebar mounts and broke one of the studs on my 450. I called the dealer and it was going to be $70 to replace. I waited until Jack opened on Tuesday and was delighted to speak with someone who I could tell genuinely loved his job. I told him what broke, he told me what I needed, and he had it shipped to my door for $24 hours after I placed my order. Ordered Tuesday and arrived Thursday. He was much more personable than anyone I would ever approach at the dealership, and he saved me quite a bit of money. Thanks a lot!!! If you need something for your bike, call Jack!

I bought a new sissy bar from Jack's and installed it and noticed a very small tear in the vinyl and also it was missing a specialized washer that I can't get anywhere else..

I emailed the foregoing info to Jacks adn asked should I address this with the manufacturer or with Jack's...He replied he has sent me a new pad and cover adn also copied me on a note he sent to the manufacturer asking them to fix me up with some washers...

Now that is what I call service..

By the way, the sissy bar is well made adn quite heavy duty...the metal parts are well chromed, round, but solid, not just tubes...Great look on bike...5 mintues to install...

Hat's off to Jack's..

Was bolting the valve cover back onto my engine after a valve adjustment, and overtightened one of the bolts and it snapped off into the right-side rocker arm housing.

Called Jack, he's sending me a replacement rocker-arm housing for an awesome price (yeah I know the bolt can be removed from the old housing, but I need this bike to run ASAP as it's my main mode of transportation, I'll remove the bolt soon and have a spare). I know I would have paid at least 4x what Jack asked for at any Honda/motorbike dealer.

Exactly!
I had to get my small bar from Hong Kong but that was only cause Jack didn't carry it.

LOL I bought the Hong Kong 250 for my 450. What a nightmare getting it installed. I would have bought from Jack but I'm saving for my Goldwing. Every penny is counting at this moment. After I got my Hong Kong job I almost pitched it and was ready to just call Jack anyway. But, after thinking it through I figured out a way to mount it with some additional bolts, a drill and some cussing. It's on, and looks OK, but I know the quality's not what I would have gotten from Jack. It was a compromise and I'm cool with that. Plus, I enjoyed the challenge! I like pain!

Seriously though, if you want easy and quality, Jack's the Man!

I called Jack to order a "luggage" rack, and while the phone was ringing, I dropped my cell phone. The phone closed, ending the call. By the time I'd picked up the phone and opened it to call back, it was ringing - Jack was calling me back.

I think he's fantastic.
