I would just like to say these people are nice. I had a broken choke locknut. Just about everyone said buy a new whole choke cable or the expencive part set.

They had some leftover choke cables and sent me a lock nut for free boxed it up and everyhting. Got it in 1 day. It was perfict.

Just a shout out.

If you are in the aria.

Are you saying they give discounts to opera singers? (just kidding)
Excellent that you took the time to give these people the recognition for service that seems otherwise to have long disappeared.

Really nice to hear a story about a good experience. They are few and far between. Unfortunately I have not had, nor heard of anyone else having a good experience around here, but they are mostly large multi brand chain powersports emporiums, and they have agreed not to compete with each other, which tends to drive prices down and quality of service up. AZ seems to be this way with mostly everything. I was in Portland recently, and was amazed to discover they did not even have a Walmart, or any other big box store for that matter. But I loved Burgerville
